We provide locksmith services across the DMV area, including emergency lockouts, lock repair, key replacement, rekeying, installation of new locks, security upgrades, and related services. Services may be scheduled in advance or requested on an emergency basis.
3. Service Calls & Payments
Service Fees: Pricing depends on the type of service, location, and time of day. Emergency or after-hours services may incur additional fees.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Estimates: Any price quotes provided before service are estimates only and may vary based on on-site conditions.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
Emergency dispatch fees may apply if a technician has already been dispatched to your location.
5. Warranties & Limitations
We guarantee workmanship on new installations and repairs for a limited period (specific warranty details provided at the time of service).
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues, faulty hardware not supplied by us, or misuse of locks or keys.
Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages regarding your service requests, appointment reminders, and limited promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&A 24-7 Locksmiths LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes will be handled in local or federal courts located in Washington, DC.
